Let Love Reign’s reign begins…

I always hope for the best on a project. Sometimes it works out exactly as I plan. However, rarely does the work turn out more powerful and beautiful than I could have ever imagined.

Let Love Reign, A Photography Project for Marriage Equality is that rarity.

Little did I think when Catalina Kulczar-Marin and I shared a Grandma pizza at Villa Francesca in the summer of 2009 that all that has happened would happen.

Let Love Reign opened Friday night (Oct. 22) at Gil Gallery in Charlotte. The exhibit ends Saturday, Oct. 30. The gallery is open 9 am-5 pm Monday-Saturday.

I cannot wait to see what happens next.

Let Love Reign returns to Charlotte in February as part of The Light Factory’s Bring the Family exhibit.

Please tell your friends and family. Go see the exhibit at Gil Gallery this week and sign the banner on the wall. We hope to get a 1,000 signatures in Charlotte. Check out the videos on the Let Love Reign site.

There is so much more to come. How do I know? Because this is what we’ve been waiting for: Let Love Reign.
